Privacy policy

We collect what we need to give you a plan, take a payment and support your build. We do not sell your information, and we do not send you marketing you didn't ask for. You can ask us to delete everything we hold about you at any time.

What you tell us: your answers in the website questionnaire, your name and email when you save a plan, book a seat or buy something, the address of any site you ask us to look at, and anything you write in your workspace, in a question, or in a message to us.

What happens as you use the site: which pages you visited before signing up, which tool links you clicked, whether a plan turned into a purchase, and which partner link brought you here if there was one. We use this to know what's working, not to follow you around the internet.

What we never hold: your card details. Those go straight to Stripe. We only ever see the amount, the date and the last confirmation from them.

To produce your blueprint and recommendations, take and confirm payments, give you access to what you bought, run live sessions and replays, answer your questions, and understand how many people are finding the service useful.

We use AI to write your plan, read a site you ask us to look at, and draft copy in your workspace. Those requests go to our AI provider to produce the result and are not used to train public models.

Only the companies that run parts of the service for us: our hosting and database provider, Stripe for payments, our email sending provider, our video streaming provider for live sessions and replays, and our AI provider. Each sees only what it needs. We never sell your information or hand it to advertisers.

If you post a question or submit your site to the gallery, that is public by design — your display name and what you wrote will be visible to everyone. Private project notes stay private unless you deliberately publish them.

We email you about things you did: a receipt and welcome after a purchase, a reminder about a session you booked, a reply to your message, and occasional notes about your own build. Every one of them can be stopped by replying and asking.

Plans, projects and purchases are kept while your account is open, and payment records are kept for as long as tax and accounting rules require. Everything else is deleted when you ask.

Ask us for a copy of what we hold, ask us to correct it, or ask us to delete your account and its contents — email [email protected] and we'll action it. Depending on where you live you may have additional rights under laws such as the GDPR or the CCPA; we honour those requests regardless of where you are.
